All of our offices are subject to SBRR (small business rates relief), which means that rates are £nil at the moment.
LBC is a great base for any business and the benefits of being close to Liscard shopping Centre are sometimes forgotten. You can easily walk to the shopping centre for lunch, post office or even the bank. Most other business centre are based in industrial zones.

This office is a large one person office. You could fit 2 people in this office, occasionally. The office is fully furnished and ready for occupation.
We have another great meeting room on the ground floor which will accomodate 6 people in comfort.
All the ground floor office pods are fully furnished. Please feel free to pop in and see the quality of each office and get a feel for the creative professional atmosphere.

Hot Desking - Touch Down Space
As part of our ground floor fit out we have created a communal work area or touch down space. This can be used on a daily basis from £10 per day, including free WiFi. Alternatively we can offer an office for the day, at £40 per day.
This is currently our biggest growth sector. We are probably the best in the North West for Virtual Offices. They start at £13.75 + vat per month when paid 12 months in advance. This is a great way to appear more professional on Google searches.
