About Liscard Business Centre
The Business Centre is run and owned by myself, John Byrne. Although I offer an "easy in easy out" license to occupy, my main aim is to create a friendly, well run, low cost business centre. This way I hope that tenants will stay for the medium to long term. The initial license is for a minimum of 3 months, after that period it is a rolling one month license.
My role is to run all aspects of the building and keep on top of all maintenance, utility bills and little problems that crop up. This leaves you free to concentrate just on your own business. Another advantage of running your business from a business centre is that if you grow in size you can always relocate to a larger office if / when office space becomes available. During last 6 months we have upgraded our telephone system from and we have also installed individual air conditioning to our board room and office 7 which is used for our new invovation "share a room".
When in occupation of an office within the centre, you receive one monthly bill on the first of each month. Telephone charges are billed separately, one month in arrears. I require a rental deposit and one months rent in advance. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the license, minus any outstanding invoices and redecoration costs as required.
All rents are normally reviewed annually and the policy is to minimise the need for increases wherever possible.
You can also choose to have a Virtual Office at the centre. We are probably the cheapest virtual office / business centre in the Merseyside area. Liscard is also very close to Liverpool City Centre via the tunnel below the Mersey.
